This advanced Reiki training is designed specifically for licensed mental health professionals,teachers and Wellness Providers who wish to integrate energy healing principles into therapeutic practice. Building on foundational Reiki I knowledge, this workshop deepens your understanding of Reiki techniques and explores how they can ethically and effectively complement traditional mental health modalities.
Participants will learn the Reiki symbols for distance and emotional healing, enhance their intuitive awareness, and develop skills for supporting clients’ energetic balance and emotional regulation. Through guided practice, discussion, and supervised attunement, you’ll gain confidence in incorporating Reiki into clinical or wellness settings while maintaining appropriate boundaries and scope of practice.
Usui Reiki Master Certification Workshop Level 3
Usui Reiki Level 3 (Master Practitioner) is an advanced, professional training for Reiki practitioners seeking to refine their skills, practitioner presence, and consistency of practice. This level emphasizes self-regulation, grounded awareness, and responsible application of Reiki within a wellness or complementary-care context.
Participants receive the Usui Reiki Master attunement, supporting a more stable and focused relationship with Reiki energy. The training prioritizes practitioner self-care, energetic boundaries, and clarity, with attention to maintaining appropriate scope of practice when working alongside medical or mental health services.
This course is designed to support practitioners who wish to integrate Reiki more effectively into existing wellness, clinical-adjacent, or client-centered environments, while maintaining professionalism and ethical awareness.
Course content includes:
Usui Reiki Master attunement
Advanced practitioner self-care and self-treatment practices
Developing consistent focus and energetic awareness
Maintaining grounded presence and clear boundaries during sessions
Ethical considerations and scope of practice in complementary care
Practical integration of Reiki into wellness or supportive-care settings
Learning master symbols, master tools and procedures. Hands on practice.
Master book, handouts, certificate of completion and materials will be provided for the participant to keep.
Prerequisites:
Completion of Usui Reiki Level 1 and Level 2, with adequate time for practice and integration.
Reiki Level 3 is appropriate for practitioners who wish to strengthen the quality and reliability of their Reiki practice, work with greater confidence and professionalism, and approach Reiki as a supportive, non-diagnostic modality within a broader wellness framework.

Facilitator Bio: Stephanie Donofrio MS, LMFT
With nearly 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I bring a diverse and comprehensive professional background. I have owned and operated a solo private practice for 11 years and have provided supervision and consultation to both pre- and post-licensed therapists. My clinical experience spans outpatient settings, extended day programs for adolescents, parenting groups, in-home services through IICAPS, and substance use treatment.
In addition, I have served as both a clinician and director of a Level II group home for adolescent females with behavioral and psychiatric challenges. I have also worked within the behavioral health department of a leading insurance company in Connecticut, gaining valuable insight into systems of care. Throughout my career, I have facilitated workshops that offer continuing education credits for providers.
I have further strengthened my expertise by completing various courses focused on therapy practice and business development. Collectively, these experiences have equipped me with a strong framework for understanding and addressing the challenges faced by behavioral health providers.

Harvest connections while making your own scented (or unscented) soy glass jar candle, DIY essential oil room spray (to use in your office or car following a difficult sessions) Select your favorite loose leaf herbal tea and create your own mini tea bag to take home and enjoy after a hard day. This fun and engaging workshop is for mental health providers and individuals learning to give Reiki to others, animals, and offer distance reiki, attunement to additional symbols. This class is for people who have Reiki 1 certification already (please email or text me a picture of your certificate) You will learn additional techniques for working with past trauma and negative thought patterns. You will learn and have an opportunity to demonstrate and understanding of Reiki ethics and skills.
4.5 CEUs will be offered. This program has been approved by the Connecticut Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
