​You feel in many ways lost as an individual, lost in your relationship, lost at work or that life's expectations are going to break you. Do you often find yourself feeling alone, resentful or misunderstood?  Do you have an inner critic that won't get out of your head? Tired of pretending things are fine? Do you feel like you forgot who you once were?
 
​Maybe you find yourself frequently conforming to other's expectations leaving you stuck and unsure of your own self identify.  Do you feel guilty or ashamed because you are not living up to the image you once had in your mind as to what your life "should" look like? It's time to stop living an overwhelmed and overextended life!

Maybe you have a tendency to play small or dim your light to make others around you feel comfortable.  Doing so doesn't serve anyone. Being yourself and allowing yourself to shine is not going to hurt anyone!

          You might not even know where to begin with therapy. That's okay, I can help you! Being new to therapy can be intimidating, I understand you feel vulnerable, afraid it may not help, afraid it will dig up scary feelings or might be the final straw to break whatever you feel is left.  You can be sure that your fears will be treated with the utmost respect.

With my unique experience and tools, these are the things I can help you with as you are in a place in your life to do some work, dig deeper to make changes and launch your life forward.


What to expect:
In couples therapy we will work on making space to dedicate time, energy and attention to be able to have a change to navigate communication challenges and practice new skills & dynamics in real time. In couples work, you will be provided with resources, activities, videos, homework, book recommendations around issues that directly speak to your pain points... break down in communication, increase connection, reduce tension, address parenting challenges.   I will help couples capitalize on their strengths and come together to meet shared goals.
